Above & Beyond With U (A&BWU) is a non-profit organization that works intentionally to increase awareness, inclusive practices, accessibility, and belonging for anyone experiencing disability.
1 in 4 Adults in the United States is living with disability
This includes physical, cognitive, sensory, and mental health conditions
(according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).
Disability is far more common than many realize.
Inclusive design benefits a significant portion of the population.

Above & Beyond With U (A&BWU) is solving the problem of inaccessibility, exclusion, and lack of awareness around the experiences of people with disabilities.
Many communities lack inclusive infrastructure, shared understanding, and meaningful representation for individuals with disabilities. This results in barriers—both physical and social—that limit full participation in community life.
A&BWU addresses this by:
